Support Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a contribution through the Support the Mission feature on type2labs.co, you ("Contributor," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Your contribution is also subject to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not contribute.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a contribution.

3. Nature of Contribution

Contributions are voluntary support for the Type 2 Labs, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our") moon rover mission, freely given with no expectation of anything in return. The Company is not a marketplace, payment agent, financial institution, or charity.

4. Contribution Types

Contributions are available in the following forms:

• One-time: A single payment in the amount you choose
• Monthly: A recurring payment charged each month until cancelled
• Yearly: A recurring payment charged once per year until cancelled

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. The Company does not store your credit card information. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

6. Project Status and Disclaimers

Type 2 Labs is building a chat-controlled lunar rover. THE COMPANY MAKES NO GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES, OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT:

• Whether the project will be completed
• The timeline for project milestones
• The technical feasibility or success of the mission
• Any outcomes or results from the project

This is an experimental venture with significant technical risk. The project may be delayed, modified, or abandoned at any time for any reason.

7. Use of Funds

Contributions will be used at the Company's sole discretion to fund development, operations, and related activities. The Company has no obligation to use funds in any particular manner and retains full discretion over budget allocation.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

All one-time contributions are final and non-refundable.

Recurring contributions (monthly or yearly) may be cancelled at any time through Stripe. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made. Previously charged amounts are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The Company's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you contributed.

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

THE COMPANY PROVIDES ALL SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

11. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to type2labs.co. Continued contributions after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding contributions and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
