By making a payment to Type 2 Labs, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our") for participation in the supporter program, you ("Participant," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not make a payment.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this program.
In exchange for your payment, you receive:
Benefits will be delivered within 3 business days of payment.
Additional perks may be added in the future at the Company's sole discretion and may or may not apply to existing participants.
This is a purchase of digital recognition and community access, NOT an investment, security, or equity interest in the Company. You have no ownership rights, profit-sharing rights, or financial interest in the Company or STREAMING MOON BASE. You will not receive any financial returns.
STREAMING MOON BASE is a speculative space technology project. THE COMPANY MAKES NO GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES, OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT:
This is an experimental venture with significant technical risk. The project may be delayed, modified, or abandoned at any time for any reason.
Payments will be used at the Company's sole discretion to fund development, operations, and related activities for STREAMING MOON BASE. The Company has no obligation to use funds in any particular manner and retains full discretion over budget allocation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
The Company's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your participation in the supporter program shall not exceed the amount you paid.
THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
THE COMPANY PROVIDES THE SUPPORTER PROGRAM "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to https://www.type2labs.co. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the community or email where feasible.
The Company may terminate your community access at any time for violation of these Terms, with no refund. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the supporter program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
